During the class of Health, the learning objectives are how a lot of things can heart the human body like for example drugs or emotional health. This is valuable to my future because in the future I am gonna know whats good or bad for my body and I am gonna also know how to treat myself if i get anything that is hurting my body. The project that I am submitting as an artifact for biology had the following learning objectives like don't fall behind in the course because it might be hard for some people to get back up and most importantly take good notes cause u are gonna really need them for your quizzes or united test. These link back to the course learning objectives by one of the most things that was most repeated by my teachers saying to always taking good notes and try your best to don't fall behind.
The assignment or project was about just basically about learning stuff that can really hurt the human brain or body so all in all they just teached you how to prevent all those things that can portentinali affect you later on in life and required me to take some very good notes on the units that i did not know anything about. The Process I went through to do this project and meet the learning objectives first started with me always doing my work in class every day and always try to never fall behind in health class and cant forget that i also got lots of help from my partner Devin and towards the end just continued to do what i started to do since day one and that was don't fall behind so basically that was my process from beginning towards the end.Throughout this process listed above I have realized I have learned or grown in the following ways like back then I never used to care about my grades or my classes and homework but now i am always trying my best to keep my grades above a D and shows me that i have machured up over the past months. These link back to the course goals and project goals with the following evidence of my report card i suppose.This tells me the following about myself and how I learn that people can really change their way of how they used to do things
The Two School Wide Learning Outcomes I demonstrated with this Artifact are mastering skills needed in career and college also thinking critically and creatively. I have demonstrated mastering skills needed in career and college in the artifact by demonstrating that i can always finish my work on time and never fall behind for whatever reason inclusively i was always determined to do my work and turn it in as my best job. This is important because in a career or college those are some requirements much needed to be a successful person in life. The Second SLO I demonstrated was thinking critically and creatively by doing my work in my one type of way and pace so i could never fall behind and is important because in any job you get u need to learn how to go at your own pace and know how you are gonna do your job so you don't get in trouble or behind. I could have improved the following SLO better by getting my AG grade higher and if would of done that i could of potential had a A+ in health class.
Overall the most important things I have learned in this class this year are many things but the most important was that dont ever do drugs and alcohol because they are very harmful to the human body and those two things really damage someone's body for good and well of course nobody wants to have a body that is slowly dying from the inside but the most important was that never get drunk or drink any alcohol because it can lead to big things like people drink driving or having intercourse with another person without both people really thinking what's about to happen because peoples brains don't think well when they are drunk. These skills I have learned in this class will help me in the future by many ways but most importantly it helped me by them teaching me how to be prepared or stay away from bad things that can hurt my mental health or my body.
